01The problem

Three problems cost almost every shop money.

Maybe yours too. How much exactly depends on your baseline, which is why I give ranges instead of guarantees.

0k+

Possible revenue upside per month · at 100k visitors

Before

Gut feeling

nobody knows why purchases break off

After

Findings

the audit shows where buyers drop out

Visitors arrive but do not buy: typically 5 to 15 out of 100 possible purchases fail on avoidable hurdles like slow pages, unclear prices or a bumpy checkout.

One full-time position per year · DACH salary range

Before

40+ h / week

copy-paste between systems

After

< 8 h / week

brief review

Maintaining orders, stock and product data by hand costs a full position. Automated, the same work runs on the side, and your team does more important things.

Before

Linear

more revenue means more people

After

Automated

operations simply scale along

Without automated workflows, every bit of growth needs new hires. With them, you handle more orders, products and customer touchpoints with the team you have.

// note: Which of these apply to your shop, and how much is in it, is measured in the audit before you buy anything.

02Services

Three things you can hire me for.

No grab bag: every engagement falls into one of these three buckets, many into two.

SYSTEM4: Swiss furniture brand with a B2C and B2B shop on Shopware

Your problem

You need a new shop, or your current system is holding you back.

Build or replatform a shop

Shopify or Shopware from concept to go-live. Migration from legacy systems without SEO loss. Consumers and business customers in the same shop, with separate pricing and logins.

Your problem

You have visitors, but too few of them buy.

Optimize an existing shop

I find the points where purchases break off and fix them: checkout flow, page speed, trust. Plus clean tracking, so you see in black and white what works.

Your problem

Your team maintains data by hand between shop, ERP and accounting.

Connect and automate

I connect your systems so orders, stock and prices flow automatically. Recurring workflows then run without manual work.

Discovery call

We clarify your starting point, your goal, and whether your project is a fit. No pitch, no slide deck.

What you hold afterwards

An honest assessment and a concrete proposal for the next step.

02days to 2 weeks

Audit & diagnosis

I measure instead of guessing: shop, data, processes. The result is a prioritized list, sorted by leverage.

What you hold afterwards

A written report with priorities and a fixed-price offer for implementation.

Implementation

I build it myself, no agency loops. Short paths, regular updates, working increments you can review live.

What you hold afterwards

A working, tested solution in production instead of a concept paper.

Handover & operations

Everything documented and owned by you: access, code, decisions. Ongoing work with quarterly outcomes if you want it.

What you hold afterwards

A system your team understands and that runs without me.

05Brain & Operations

The system behind the numbers.

How I deliver outcomes like the ones above: a three-layer architecture I have been running live for my own cold-outreach business since 2025. What I build for myself, I build for you.

// honest: No rented SaaS stack. No duct-taped Zapier workflow. My own architecture, in daily production for my own business since 2025.

06Profile

Strategy before code.

I treat e-commerce as a stack: platform, data, ERP, tracking, operations. When one part leaks, the business loses money, even if the shop looks clean everywhere else.

My job is to find and close those leaks, not to build yet another theme variant. Engagements run as a closed project (migration, integration, launch) or as ongoing work with clear quarterly outcomes.

07Frequently asked

What clients want to know upfront.

The questions that come up in almost every discovery call, answered right here.

What does a project cost?

A fixed price per scope instead of open-ended hourly estimates: after the audit you know exactly what implementation costs, before you commit. Smaller tasks and ongoing work are billed transparently by effort.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, from the EU in the DACH time zone, in German and English. I come on site for workshops or go-lives when it matters; everything else runs demonstrably well remote.

How does invoicing work?

EU sole proprietorship with reverse charge for business clients: you receive a clean invoice without VAT complications, paid by bank transfer.

Who will I actually work with?

Directly with me, from the first call to handover. No delegation to junior teams, no agency layer in between.

My shop runs on a different platform. Is that a problem?

Usually not. Migrations, for example from Shopware to Shopify, are core business, including URL moves without SEO loss. In the discovery call I will tell you honestly whether a switch is even necessary.

How fast can we start?

Reply within 24 hours on weekdays, discovery call usually in the same week. The implementation start depends on the current pipeline; an audit can almost always be slotted in early.
